Integration of BIM workflow and DfMA

BIM (Building Information Modelling) is at the forefront of the latest digital revolution. Its main feature is the ability to enable and optimize prefabrication through a set of design choices which is known as DfMA (Design for Manufacturing Assembly).

Thanks to Building Information Modeling and other software and solutions entering the construction sector, it is becoming easier to integrate off-site components into construction and create an extensive library of off-site components. BIM also promotes the creation of comprehensive, accurate, and validated details for every module engineered. This allows us to create a detailed 3D visualization of each Pod (room or module) manufactured off-site.

Adapting of innovation technology in our end to end process

Our in-depth understanding of modular off-site PPVC construction processes and years of experience in adapting BIM in engineering allowed us to successfully incorporate BIM in operation, adapting a qualified end-to-end ERP system. By successfully integrating a Virtual Design & Construction Workflow with the value chain and complete production process, we can link activities from the formulation of the initial concept to producing the finished product. Value-chain control gained via this successful integration is what makes our innovation unique. Productization via prefabricated construction—prefabricated buildings or modules—is a tech-enabled process.
