Holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from London Business School, Ihab brings over 25 years of experience to the team. He has successfully led numerous construction companies in the GCC from inception to maturity.

Waleed Shaarawy

Deputy General Manager

Waleed holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Alexandria University and has over 15 years of experience. He has held senior management roles in the construction and engineering sectors, overseeing large-scale projects across the region.

Balamurali Mohan

Head of Central Procurement

Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 18 years of experience. His expertise spans various roles in the modular industry, including production, project management, and end-to-end supply chain management.

Mustafa Metwaly

Mustafa holds a master’s degree in Building Information Management from the University of Barcelona and has 9+ years of experience. His expertise includes structural design, software development, BIM implementation, and 3D modelling for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
