Al Dhiyafa Village Dubai is a luxury compound of villas executed on a Design and Build basis in 10 months in a busy neighbourhood without disturbing the surroundings, because of the off-site construction. Al Dhiyafa Village villas were modularly built using BIM software, including Revit Architectural, Revit MEP and Tekla Structures.
Contract duration was 430 days but the project was delivered in 326 days.
